Job Title: Receptionist (Junior Position Available)

Location: Highlands Remedial

Job Type: Part-time casual (Friday afternoons and/or Saturdays for now, with the opportunity to increase hours/days)

Highlands Remedial is a small, dedicated clinic offering a range of holistic therapies, including remedial massage, photo biomodulation, sauna, cold plunge, and sensory deprivation float tanks. We are committed to providing a serene and healing environment for our clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Receptionist to join our team on Friday afternoons and Saturdays. The ideal candidate will help ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our clients while managing reception tasks, maintaining a clean environment, and handling payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.

- Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings.

- Handle payments and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas.

- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.

- Provide information about services and assist clients with inquiries.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

- Basic computer skills are a plus.

- Friendly demeanor and eagerness to engage with clients.
