Our Rooms
At Highlands Remedial, we believe that self-care is essential to living a happy, healthy life. We provide a variety of remedial & recovery services designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and unwind.
Select a service from our Sauna, Float and Massage Rooms or combine multiple desired treatments into one visit, for a truly nourishing experience.
Our Sauna Room
In our Sauna room we have a Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, with Near, Far and Mid infrared lights. Suited for clients who are wanting to simply relax, improve their sleep, reduce pain, improve weight management or detox.
Our Cold Plunge Bath is located in our Sauna Room. Cold Plunge benefits may include feelings of invigoration, while supporting immune and metabolic health. With an average temperature range of 10-12 degrees Celsius. Clients interested in experiencing the plunge at a lower temperature range, would be best suited to earlier morning appointments.
Our Float Room
At Highlands Remedial, we have our very own Australian made magnesium floating tank. Also known as a Sensory Deprivation Floating tank, this experience supports the complete relaxation of both the mind and the body.

In our Massage room we offer
